Thanks for the help. I've fitted the new air vane link . The springs were "usable". Now starting and running ok . Grass is wet atm so waiting for better weather here in good old blighty Many thanks Paul UK

Having trouble posting picture atm . The springs are linked to the carb' 2 for the throttle and 1 for the ignition advance level also linked to the carb' Is there a online parts catalogue so I can see if I can get the arrangement correct. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I'll have a look and upload some pictures. The spring are off the plastic carburettor and a control lever close to the inlet port. There should be three small springs but I can't find anything anywhere regarding parts
