Greetings .... I have a HL-45 hedge trimmer that has an issue of seeming to be Hydro-locked (fuel) ....Its very hard to pull start almost to the point of breaking the starter cord ....I can pull the plug and it spins over fine ......Muffler has spark arrestor removed ..... I pulled the muffler...
