The Z231KW uses the entry level ZT2200 transmission and is not intended to haul much. The T2290 uses the much better T3HD transmission and is designed to pull bigger loads. If you still want to get a ZTR, get the Z231KH with the ZT3100 commercial transmission that will handle bigger loads.

Has anyone upgraded the tires on their ZTR to a more aggressive tread? I know that Kubota does not sale any for them. The turf tires that came with my Z121S works fairly well on flat dry land. With the hills I have to cut I need a more aqgressive tire.
