No these are repair jobs on push mowers. I misdiagnosed a friends pressure washer (brand new, tractor supply, marked way down) , Thought it was the coil, Found out was the plug. after buying a coil for it. Ended up using coil on another honda engine. because kill wire was not working.

This would work. I'd say make sure you can insert all the way in after cleaning, apply JB weld to the end, maybe a little in the tube, insert, and crimp again, after set maybe put some heat shrink to it.

I have same. This is the second ignition coil that I have put on it.

Need to look at the lift system. works like a hinge. and pins. Something isn't align right, or something is jammed. Pretty basic system. Keep looking and you'll figure it out;

On carb jets did you poke with say a tip cleaner or like a guitar string

Sounds like the blade is hitting something. Blade could be bent, or housing.. Does machine vibrate allot? Maybe bent shaft

Always check the spark plug too. I kicked myself a time or two, for not
