Check and see if you have a burnt Exhaust Valve or possible Lazy Valve spring!!

No by all means use the copper never seize, there will be no dissimilar reactions.. You'll be glad you used it...

just a typical cheap made pulley..even the OEM pulley's are as cheaply made.. no quality control any more..

the black wire should be your ammeter wire that runs down to your 7.5 amp. fuse solenoid. the other end connects at the battery contact at ign. switch.. see pics..hope this helps both problems.. mike
