Indeed it does, and what looks like a crack on the side. Is this worth repairing with jb weld or should I get a replacement block, or just a new mower? I spent $350 on the mower... I like tinkering but not in vein.

Motor went crazy, becoming extremely loud, a week ago when I went to mow. I immediately turned it off (within 5 seconds). I went back today to check and pour oil in it and when I poured it in, it came immediately out the bottom. Any idea what I'm looking at here? It was pouring out the hole next...
