One is gt tractor with hydrostat with the lever other is a manual with 6 speed hi lo transmission. I never driven a hydrostat one.i have a hi lo one now and its great for pulling trailer Which one should i make whole? Seems a lever hydrostat is a pain in the rear over a foot pedal one?

Yeah it was filthy. I slapped it back together ot still has same 65 psi with used head gasket going to run it until it blows or makes it to fall. I got a kohler command cv20 in storage.

Why that happen and why its happens in cyl#2 only? Look like rings broke?

I put air in cylinder removed push rods. Air coming from dipstick and where push rods come from. I figured no way to distiguish which one.

This is cyliner on left. The intake valve lash is .003 the exhaust is .029. Leak down test wont distinguish between head gasket and rings will it? Both going to blow into crankcase ,no?

Els 40H777 . One cylinder has 160 psi clean plug other 65 and plug is oily. Could it be valve lash? If not im guessing head gasket or rings.???

Well pull the crank and the flywheel side of case and it does have replaceable bearing insets but its in excellent condition no streaking or nothing.. I used acid on crank and the aluminum came off! The journal is smooth can catch my fingernail on anything it but has discoloration.(going...

it has 2 wires on each coil. it don't know which wires get power . not like the magneto engines. it has two terminals on each coil.

the gear presses on crankshaft to run the cam is missing a tooth . hope i dont have to buy a new crank.
