Using reverse image search i found this clutch to be the same as in a John Deere 14SB mower.

Old and new are oem blades. My guess is that something has shifted, but i cannot see witch part. Since the engine was blocked at first and after refitting the blade the second time the engine wasnt seized anymore, it only has the metal on metal sound since. Any chance on a shop manual of...

Refitting the old blade does not affect the noise. Neither does it sound like a failing bearing to me.
