sorry about the breach of etiquette. newbie to forums

I just converted my mower from a rear bagger into a mulcher. Removing the mower deck and putting it back on is really pretty easy. So now the motor starts good and I can drive all over the yard, but when I go to engage the mower it bogs down and stops. So am troubleshooting. Would anyone know...

My X300R has the same issue. Runs fine. drives all over the yard. but when engaging the mower it bogs down then dies. i cant seem to figure out why
