I have a B&S 12.5hp in a Stiga Villa 14. It has 2 niggles but may be normal Niggle 1 When I start it, hot or cold I have to give it full choke. Once it starts it coughs an splutters just as any petrol engine on choke, when I set the throttle off choke it runs perfect no smoke(of any colour)...
