No, I don't think it's on your end. I think an addon in the forum trying to do something and after a while and spitting out an error when it fails.

Thank you! Ok, that's what I'm tracking down. Looks like a forum-level error rather than sever-resources, so that's good in some ways. I'll track this down and try to find out why it's happening and eliminate/reduce it (or explain it if it's something different than a bug)

Yup. Unfortunately they'll just go on to another set of IPs. So that's why I'm hopeful the new setup will trigger properly and ban them when they misbehave. (Really, I have no problem with search engines browsing the site as long as they don't lock up all the resources for themselves.)
