I have a Craftsman chipper with 7.5HP Briggs and Stratton. It ran great, but ran out of gas so I filled the tank with new gas. When pulling the starter handle/rope, it pops, sparks coming out of the carburetor and smoke out the muffler. It will not start. I also have fuel coming from the...
