Could be your gas tank vent, next time it happens take the gas cap off and put back on. It could also be vaper lock (fuel gets to hot and boils), if it is vaper lock check the cooling system on the mower (plugged cooling fins).

The blades look like they are to high in the deck, are your blades straight or bent/offset like the factory blades?
