Yes, but the starter was checked out at a small engine shop and it was good.

Just had to replace my flywheel since my ring gear was chewed up by starter. Was on a B/S model 441777 typeC726-e1. Flywheel was 214618. Once I replaced the flywheel and tried starting, it looked like starter was doing the same thing. The starter has a metal ring gear. Any suggestions or is this...
