What would replace a Briggs 170707 6013 01 91021210 at a reasonable cost for a 30 year old Snapper rider?

Anyone know what engine(s) fit an old rear engine rider with 25" cut which currently has a 6.5 HP engine? Model # is 25659E for this old Snapper. Hate to give up on it.
