Turned mower 90 degrees, removed 9/16 locking nut, sprayed PB Blaster into hub/axle and pounded wheel with a heavy tool. Waited about 10 minutes. Wheel came off with no problem.

I tried to remove the 8 inch drive wheels on my TB230 self propelled mower.
Removed the locking nut at the end of the shaft in the center of the wheel.
Applied pressure, even tried using a tire iron to pry off the wheel.
Thought about trying to spray some PB Blaster on the shaft but it probably...
