    Turned mower 90 degrees, removed 9/16 locking nut, sprayed PB Blaster into hub/axle and pounded wheel with a heavy tool. Waited about 10 minutes. Wheel came off with no problem. Flipped mower over to do the same on other wheel. Sprayed PB Blaster and tried
