Hello, I’m in the process of putting back together a transaxle from a stx38 yellow deck. Was wondering how much grease i should use. I’ll be using corn head grease 14oz tubes. I totally cleaned the transaxle, so I’m starting fresh. Than you Brant

Hi, I have a stx38 yellow deck. My neutral switch went bad. As i replaced the switch i put a screwdriver about 3” in the hole. No fluid was on the screwdriver. Was wondering what the level should be, and what type is recommend if I need to add some. thank you.

Update: I installed the right color switch and everything works as it should. Thanks everyone for the help.

The old switch was white and the new switch is black. Im gonna order the white one and hopefully thats the issue. Thank you all so much.

Hahaha very true. It developed it right after I put the neutral switch in. That kinda leads me to think it could be a faulty switch or the wrong switch.

I put in a brand new neutral switch. That is when the start in reverse issue started. With the old switch it was starting in neutral but having issues when hot, thats why i put the new one in. Do you think the new neutral switch could be bad?
