My Honda walk behind only goes at fastest speed when I engage self propelled mode. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have anything showing how levers these should go together or could take a picture of theirs? I took mine apart without taking a picture and am questioning myself as to how the thrust plates are supposed to be exactly. Thanks in advance!
