    Model 311777 The throttle lever moves the linkage on the carburetor but only runs super fast. The Motor acts like it is falling apart for a moment so I shut it off. Just had the carb apart and put a used throttle plate in. If it was stuck open I don't think the throttle shaft would be turning...

    The belt still has an inch to go before getting around the drive pulley. The OP manual says it uses a 754-0371a belt. I think the belt is supposed to go on easily with the deck lowered.
