I spread 12 cy every year. I've always used wheel barrel, cart on Husqvana rider, pitch fork, and use my hands to throw the mulch where needed. I take my time and takes about 3 days. I prefer to use my hands so I get exactly what I want and where I want it.
Thanks. It is a lightweight design - I know. The front wheels stabilize the deck some but I know that prolonged lateral movement will weaken the structure. I'm going to order new straps anyway and look at maybe attaching something to the straps to strengthen and reduce movement. More...
