    New Gravely ZT HD 52 looking for more specs

    I get dealers want you coming to them for belts so only show OEM part numbers, not sizes. But you might be a mile from a NAPA and 40 miles from mower dealer and have a broken belt in a customer's yard. Where can I find cross references for OEM belts to their actual sizes?

    1822 electrical question PTO switch

    Does anyone know if a generic PTO pull type switch is electrically the same as the stock GH PTO switch? In other words if I were to replace the OEM with a PTO switch common to most of today's zero turns will that work? I cannot locate any info on how the switch contacts work in the on/off...

    Hmmm an engine without bearings. Seems strange but explains why I can't find them. LOL Bushings? Just turn on the aluminum case?

    Help

    I am totally new to GH mowers having obtained my 1822 ONLY THIS MORNING. But since it is a horizontal shaft engine I see no reason a different horizontal engine could not be substituted. ( This is based only on first observation and zero experience with this mower ! ) It is just a thought.
