Fixed the issue, ended up being an error I caused. I had to unbolt the tensioner pulley arm and route the belt that way.

I forgot to add, I noticed a lot of left and right sway from the deck during mowing. Wanted advice from other owners or techs if I installed a part on backwards or maybe If I should just buy gravely belts instead, due to maybe the off brand belt being not to spec, stretches under heavy use, etc...

Thank you for tip! It was near the head of the engine, stamped onto a shroud. With those numbers, I looked up the part I needed and as suspected, much cheaper than buying the re branded john deere part.
