Well signed papers today, offer contingent on inspections on a sweet place. Red brick home owned since new, by old lady who recently passed away. Family wants it sold. It is so nice. Hope the accept my offer. Old neighborhood, where the mail man still brings mail up to the box at the door...

Well my mowers are put up in storage, maybe I'll have a new lawn to mow next mow season..
