The usual is people ‘lose’ the main jet ( tiny bras one ) which goes in the bottom of the white plastic shown in your third photo. You will be surprised how many I get in for repair with it missing ( after no one touched it. But all the nuts and threads are clean) guess it’s the fairy’s .. float usually seals ok when tested, engine starts running very rich then chokes down flooding fuel. John
