YTA24V48 - engine revs erratically after start.

Engine starts immediately but idles erratically. I initially thought the mower was low on gas but that was not the case. Less than a month ago I changed the plugs, oil/filter and air filter. I've mowed two or three times since the maintenance and this is the first time I've had this issue since purchasing it about two years ago.

Items checked:
1. swapped plugs ( no change ).
2. Inspected fuel filter (bulb full gas flow into filter good).
3.Checked linkage around carburetor ( sprayed down everything appeared to be operational).

Revs erratically at low or full throttle.

Any ideas???

Disregard. I suspect the governor was the issue. Probably corrected itself after I sprayed the spring with cleaner.
problem appears to be solved.
