I was needing replacement blades for my Scag 61" Tiger Cat.........and noticed these two Oregon blades offered on eBay. I then checked Oregon's website and they only list the 91-638.

I contacted Oregon about these two blades and got this response:
There are a couple of differences between blade part number 91-638 and 191-638. The 191 blade is manufactured in our new hot forming process, while the 91 blade is our traditional cold forming process. That’s the main difference. The other obvious difference is the 191 blade has had the cutting edge roll formed into both edges of the blade along the blades entire length. The cold formed blade has the cutting edge machined into the blade tips for about 2” – 2.5”. The basic shape and configuration of the blades are virtually the same.

If you're running these blades, what's you experience with them, and which is the better blade?
