Need help. This mower is driving us crazy. All summer it has taken spells where it shuts down. It always refires although sometimes it appears top be a little flooded at first probably due to being shut down while at open throttle. It has to run for a rt least 30 minutes before it acts up and then it may happen off and on throughout the job but often it will then run the rest of the day without failing. When it runs it runs perfectly never any missing or stumbling it simply shuts off. I have replaced the PTO switch, seat safety switch, both delay shut off relays, Key switch, Removed and completely cleaned carb. replaced fuel filter and tested the fuel pump good. replaced spark plugs and air cleaner. Checked engine grounds and all electrical connections for loose or corroded connections and everything looks like new. This is a 23.0 Kawasaki Twin Cylinder engine. Any one have any ideas? Help

Check the vent in the fuel cap. When it cuts out is the fuel filter full or empty

Thanks, I forgot to mention that we did try it with the cap off/loose, and it still did it. Sorry.

Check plunger on bottom of fuel shut off solonoid sometimes they loose the plunger and it shuts off fuel to the main jet.
