where can I find a carb for a hr21 dg honda mower

I am working on a hr21 dg mower I cleaned the carb twice and it still runs lean pops out the exhaust I have been through a few carburetors before not my first I covered the air cleaner hole some and it smooths out I am real sure it needs a carb any advice on where to get one or make one work its old thanks Mike
