Walker MB Deck Support problems

We have a well used Walker MB, bought from new (in 2006). We maintain it ourselves. Recently one of the deck support arms became very stiff and throws the deck to odd angles in use. I have tried greasing the pivot without making a difference. I am trying to remove the deck support mount to work out what the problem is, but it is not budging. I have removed all 4 bolts described in the owners manual, but it is hardly moving at all.

Are there other bolts or fixings not described in the manual? Is there a knack to removing the support mount (twisting forward or back?). Is the assembly prone to corrosion?

Any advice would be great!

If the problem is that it does not pivot freely up and down then the pivot bush or bearing needs freeing up and lubricating. Presume this part is similar to my MT Walkers . Check whether it is bent and that fasteners are still tight. Mine are attached to gearbox behind the drive wheel with 2 bolts. If these bolts have loosened it will cause the problem you described.
