This is my dad mower.
He replaced the drive on it there last week and tried the mower but the speed (turtle/hare) won't go up and down when the belt is on!
Take the belt off the drive and the lever will go up and down successfully!!
Really stumped us both!!!
Cable is fine, just can't figure out why it works fine without the belt on, yet won't work with the belt on!!!
