Advice on used Honda

In the market for a new mower after my salvage mower finally died.

Is $250 a good deal for a refurbished 21" Honda Harmony (HRB215)?

Yes that's high unless this baby is mint . I'd have the compression checked and offer much less . 250 will buy you a new mower
