I received a Toro Wheelhorse 8-25 model 70040 for free and have never worked on rear engine riders or lawn tractors before, I mostly work on walk behind mowers. Question I have is that the left rear wheel will not turn, I have not started it yet because the battery is dead and just have not jump started it. Was wondering what the issue could be or what too look for. Sorry for the novice question but these things are new to me-lol. Thanks!

if the wheel willnot move on the ground, jack up the rear end & try again.
Wheel moves , then the brake is jambed on.
