It’s a decent machine. It’s better than the Toro offerings from the big box stores. It’s a upper end residential mower. It comes with a Loncin made 708cc 24.5 hp engine. It’s driven by two Hydro-Gear ZT-2800 transaxles. I had a similar 54” Timecutter HD. The engine has plenty of power. OEM style blades work best. It will give you a good cut when you get the deck adjusted properly. FRAM 4967 series oil filters will be the easiest to find oil filters. Oil filters other than the Toro/Exmark, FRAM 4967 series or STP S4967 should be avoided. The problem areas will be the safety switches. They are pretty cheap.
