Toro super recycler

I just recently purchasedToro super recycler. As I do cut a good amount of loans in my neighborhood I would say that I use it a lot but that being said it is only three months old. I’ve recently noticed that the right wheel does not have as much power as the left rear wheel. I took everything apart cleaned everything up and for some reason I cannot get that side to have as much power as the other side any help out there
