I have a 2012 Toro Groundmaster 4000D that I can't get to start. I bypassed all the likely culprits like seat switch, neutral safety switch, etc. I found no power at the starter relay's red/blue wire at the #85 terminal. I'm not entirely sure where this wire even goes since the schematic (page 2) shows it going into a box - maybe a connector? A PCM of sorts? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

When I get myself into trouble by using the Power probe, I can get it to start if I apply power to that RD/bu wire, and I even was able to drive it in that way, but now I can't move it and it won't allow the PTO to engage or lift/lower the decks.

Any ideas? Schematics attached.

Thanks!

I would start by jumping the power relay
Most of the safeties cut the power off by opening the relay so use a short lead with a male on both ends to jump the relay at its base
Both the power side of the trigger and ground side of the trigger for this relay are switched .
From there you can go back through the loom to see which critter is denying this relay a ground contact

You probably have a fried ECU but Toro do provide a diagnostic plug so use it
