Scag generally runs a specific model production for 24 months. No Specific years are designated, but if you check the print date on the manuals, you will see when a particular serial number range was started. If your machine still has the original engine and the numbers are still on the engine, you can determine the build date of the engine and thereby determine the approximate machine build timeframe.
