15hp/42" Engine:Brings and Stratton Model: 28Q777 Type:0681-01
I recently replaced the starter on this because of issues. It worked one time and then the problem returned. It seems like the fly wheel gets stuck and just will not turn, like there's too much pressure for the starter to turn it. If I key it on too many times it starts to smoke.
Any suggestions?
