smell gas when running

I have a murray 22" 4.5 hp Q, briggs & stratton. I've change the spark plug, filter, oil and it sputter when starting up and smells like gas when it runs. Is it in need of a carburetor tune up, If yes, where can I find a diagram to show me how to do it.

I would clean the carb. What are your engine #'s, for the diagram?
