scag wildcat needs new engine.

have a scag wildcat with the 26 hp Kawasaki liquid cooled engine. Im thinking about putting in the fx730v. any thoughts?? thank you

You would be going down in power output.
A FX801V or FX850V would be a better match.
A Kohler Command Pro CV752 would be another choice.
You will likely need new wiring and ignition switch.
Contact your local Scag dealer and talk with him about your options. Take notes so you can make an informed decision.
