I have a scag ultimate 48'' with a 17hp Kawasaki. I just replaced the engine with another Kawasaki and I cannot get the cluch to engage. I know its not and of the safety switches so it has to do with the wireing. does anyone know how many volts it takes to engage the clutch? how do I make sure it is getting enough?
