I am thinking about mating a pro 212 bagger hopper with john deere power blower on my x534 with a 54" deck. Would appreciate any feedback. Don't understand why a few pieces of plastic cost $2000 and the mower costs $6000.

I love the idea of having a bagger hopper. It makes life easier doesn't it? I wonder if there is a way to make one yourself and save you a few bucks?
