replaceing drive belts

i am trying to replace the 2 drive belts on my mover......not sure how to get it on with out takeing it completely apart, i took the front pulley off and thought if i did then i could pull the back belt over top the back pulley then put the front belt back on well guess i need diagram to see why its not working ......but hay im a girl and got the will but thats all please tell me what i can do to get it done..

Sorry my ESP is down due to the crazy weather this winter. Please post your units name and model numbers. They are on a tag. As a guy, I am a visual type of person and have to look up pictures in order to help you. Should be able to provide you a picture or two to help. When you say two belts, do you mean one to drive the unit and one to drive the deck?
