Problems getting in...!

I am having problems getting into this site, the only way I can get in is to keep having to reset my password........why is this ADMIN

Are you making sure you save the new password if using Firefox. I know if let it generate the new password it does this automatically but I don't think it does it if you manually enter a new password. So when go to login it might be just using the old password instead of the new password.

Thanks, I have taken all the old passwords out to reset the other new one, it's still the same..... it's the same with chrome firefox and edge

IT only seems to be happening ti you so it has to be a problem at your end.
What have you changed ?
Most likely a security setting .
OTOH if you want help from the office it would work better is you posed this on the site problems section .
No one in this section but us grease monkeys ( can we say that now days ? )

You could always blame it on Bexit .

I have not been too well, one reason for not being here, yes new laptop, and ISP but all other sites are working fine. had a go at the two step verification but it's just the same, if I log off or closed down I have to ask for a reset link to be able to get back in......and that's becoming a right pain in the backside...!
