I have a Hustler Sport with a Honda GXV530, 16 HP motor. I need the vacuum line which runs from the engine to the fuel pump. Everywhere I look that part is discontinued. I have tried finding an identical diameter line, but have been unsuccessful. That particular line has a 90 degree bend and what appears to be a sleeve on the long portion of it which I suppose keeps it from collapsing.

Use a length of Tygon fuel line
There will be one that fits
It is made in 2 wall thickness for each bore size
On a vacuum line naturally you use the heavy wall .
Some times you have to fit a grommet in the hole in the rocker cover to get a good seal.
It is not critical that it be air tight.

1. The vacuum inside the line is lower than you think. The reinforced, double-wall of SAE J30 fuel line is more than strong enough to stand up to being used on a fuel vacuum line. That's what Exmark uses on my mower with a 22HP V-twin engine. That's what's on my B&S 7kW home generator uses. That's what's on my neighbor's JD garden tractor.

2. If you don't believe me, then make the line with the 90 deg bend from bendable copper tube, and connect the ends with short lengths of fuel hose.

Hope this helps.
