outboard engine forums

I found something unusual today, an old portable water jet outboard, about 5 hp, made by a company called 'Propulsion Technologies', would like to find out about the engine and Company, any suggestions?

A google search did not turn anything up, and while I found boating forums nothing on old outboards was found; thought that some here might also have an interest in outboards-silly me.

I found a lot of information on a company of that name. They also had a company called powertech. The company called propulsion technology was involved in a law suit with Attwood corporation ( if you've owned a boat for very long you have no doubt heard of this company).
PT sued an was awarded a million or so and then Attwood apealed, here's the link to the trial transript.
Marine based companies are always in and out of business and lawsuits.
You may be able to sniff out some useful information here as there is a company called power tech building outboards in other counties.
