I have a Kawasaki twin. Engine will not turn over. Checked spark and I get nothing at both. Then pulled the kill wire and tested for spark and I got it. So what now?

This means that one of the safety switches is grounding the kill wire
So it is a mower wiring problem
Make sure you have the blades turned off.
If it is an electric PTO pull & push the switch a few times
There are few different switches, some are on relays & some are direct so we can not tell you anything more till we know the make , model & serial number of the mower that the Kwakka engine resides in.

John Deere publish an excellent manual with step by step instructions written so well a blind person who has never seen a mower could locate every problems & make repairs with ease .
It contains the actual wiring diagrams for your mower by serial numbers.
Down side is they charge the same as I would charge for diagnosing ( about 2 hours of a tech's labour charge ) so I only have the ones for my customers mowers.
Unless an X324 owner or service tech, chimes in the above is the best I can do for you for now
