No Forward or Reverse

So it’s starting to get nice. So yesterday I charged my battery and it started right up. I was running it and then I lost my Forward and Reverse. What could be the problem?

so the drive belt was off. The belt looks weathered and cracked. I’m thinking I have to take the deck off I should replace that belt also.
To take out the drive belt do you have to take off a pulley and get the belt off through the seat? Or what’s the best way to tackle this?
