Needing a Mechanic Repair Manual for B&S 407777 0128 E1

I am trying to repair the electrical system on my Briggs & Stratton engine 407777 0128 E1. I am not very good with trouble shooting the electrical system. I try to start my Troy bilt lawn tractor but i get nothing. I checked battery and it has 12.2 volts, replaced the solenoid and fuse. After replacing those parts i tried to start the engine but i got nothing except it fried the ignition coil. I have watched countless youtube videos and don't really understand how to check the wiring. I do have a multi-meter. I need help. My friend said i need a B&S Mechanic Repair Manual. If anyone has this manual i would gladly pay u for it. Thank You
