Need source for blade lock washer- 1974 36 mower deck

I am attempting to rebuild my deck which uses the 3 hole blade and special Belleville type washer with notched OD. Local dealer says washers no longer available. I can cobble one up but if there is a source for a new or used one Id appreciate knowing about it. Don
