Need help with starter issue

I have a scag super z and when I turn the key to on it keeps starter I engaged untill it blows a fuse while running with the motor what can cause this a ignition switch or relay

Sounds to me like you may have a bad solenoid or key switch. Please try to explain your problem a little more clearly, I don’t know if you are holding the key in to start position or it engages when you put the key in the run position. When you post back be sure to include all engine and units model and serial numbers.

Thank you for replying it starts in run position not start position put new relays in but did not change anything it has a Kohler command 22 motor can't find the model any were only know it's a scag super z zero turn

I can find patent numbers on it but that is it

If it starts in the run position, I would be checking key switch first and the starter solenoid second.
